Concert Venue:    Shatin Town Hall  , Auditorium
　

音樂會曲目 ：       由客席指揮 Dr. Lee Tian Tee選定，當中包括中、西管樂作品及本地作曲家之首演作品。
Concert Repertoire:  The concert repertoire is selected by the guest conductor, Dr. Lee Tian Tee (President of World Association of Symphonic Band and Ensembles, Singapore) featuring both Eastern and Western music.


樂團編制：管樂團現正招納以下所列之樂器演奏者。

報名須知 / Application Rules & Regulations

1.  申請人年齡須於25歲或以下 (1982年7月1日後出生)。

Applicants must be HKID card holders and aged 25 or below. (born after 1st July 1982)

 

2.  截止日期： 二零零七年六月三十日       (星期六)

      Deadline: 30th June 2007               (Saturday)

 

3. 申請人須具備英國皇家音樂學院考試六級或以上，或同等之資歷。

Applicants should have passed Grade 6 or above of the ABRSM, or an equivalent qualification.


4. 未滿十八歲申請人需有家長 或 監護人之認可簽署。

Signature of parental or guardian approval is required for applicants under the age of 18.

 

5. 試音將於2007年7月4 (星期三) 至7月6日(星期五) 舉行，凡申請人必須參與。本團將以電話通知試音時間及地點。申請人必須於約定時間前十五分鐘到達試音地點。

Audition will be arranged upon receiving the application form. Audition will be held on July 4 (Wed) to July  6 (Fri) 2007. Notification of audition time and venue will be made by phone in advance. Applicants are required to arrive 15 minutes before audition.

 

6. 申請者請自備樂器 (敲擊樂及低音大提琴除外)。

Applicants should bring their own musical instruments. (except for Percussion & String Bass)


7.  請將已填妥申請表格及報名費港幣50元於2007年6月30日前寄交香港尖沙咀郵政信箱90944號，香港管樂協會收。

 (劃線支票抬頭請註明："Hong Kong Band Directors Association"。請勿郵寄現金。)

Please send the completed application form and a crossed cheque of $50 (made payable to “Hong Kong Band Directors Association”) for application to “Hong Kong Band Directors Association” Tsim Sha Tsui P.O. Box 90944 Kowloon, Hong Kong. Deadline for application: June 30, 2007.

 

8. 報名費恕不退還。

    Application Fee is non-refundable.

 

9. 本隣選委員會有最終取錄決定權 。

     The decision of the Audition Committee is final.

 

10. 被取錄之申請人需繳付$200為團費。團員可接受客席指揮之指導，參與管樂繽紛2007青年管樂團之排練及演出外，更可優先出席管樂節所有活動。被取錄之申請人需自行負擔全部排練及演出之交通及饍食等支出。
Successful applicants will have to pay $200 for membership fee. All members will have to participate in the BAND FAIR 2007 Youth Wind Orchestra rehearsals & concert performance. Members are responsible for their own expenses such as transportation and meals during rehearsals and performance.

 

試音須知 / Audition requirements


1. 自選獨奏作品一首(英國皇家音樂學院考試四級或以上程度，或同等資歷之程度), 重於表現演奏技巧、音樂感及演譯風

    格。 (不超出六分鐘；無需鋼琴伴奏。) 請自備樂曲副本一份。

  An own choice of solo piece (standard of Grade 4 or above of the ABRSM or an equivalent qualification) Selection criteria should base on applicants’ technique, musicality and interpretation of style. (within 6 minutes without piano accompaniment) Please prepare a copy of your own choice.
　

2. 由評審員選擇，演奏英國皇家音樂學院考試六級之大或小調音階 。(速度M.M. q =120)
From memory, a scale from the ABRSM grade 6 list at adjudicator's choice. (M.M. q = 120)
　

3.  視奏考驗。
Sight-reading test.

 

4. 敲擊樂須能演奏小軍鼓，鍵盤敲擊樂器及定音鼓 。
Percussionists are required to perform with snare drum, keyboard percussion and timpani.
